If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen. Tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that will open in the MATA app. If you're having trouble, visit our password reset page.
You can add friends by going to the Messages tab and tapping the "+" button. From there, you can search for users by username and send them a friend request. Once they accept, you can see their habits and share your progress with them.
When creating or editing a habit, select "Custom" as the frequency option. You can then choose specific days of the week when you want to complete the habit. This is perfect for habits that don't fit into a daily or weekly pattern.
After creating a habit, you can enable notifications in the habit's settings. You'll be able to choose the time and frequency of reminders. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for MATA.
Yes! When you complete a habit, you can attach a photo or video to create a "story" that your friends can see. This helps you document your journey and celebrate your progress visually.
You can delete your account from the Profile tab. Go to Settings, then Account Settings, and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove all your data from MATA. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
First, make sure notifications are enabled for MATA in your device's settings. Then, check that you've enabled notifications for specific habits in the app. If you're still having issues, try deleting and reinstalling the app, or contact our support team.
